Meet the Gilkes brothers, and find out how G3 BAND came to be!
About G3 BAND:
In a world where much of the music is birthed out of negative feelings, broken relationships, and hopelessness, G3 BAND has emerged as a group that has chosen to convey a more positive outlook on life. G3 Band is comprised of three brothers; John, Anthony, and Nathanael Gilkes. These brothers have been writing and performing their own music for almost seven years. During this time the band has performed many places, including musical appearances on cable T.V. and at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
G3 BAND has just completed their second full length CD entitled "I Am Here" which is an artistic illustration of spiritual growth gained through a Christ centered view of life's many experiences. In late 2004, G3 BAND also released their debut CD entitled "Masterpiece". Their music closely resembles classic, "feel good" rock n' roll heavily influenced by the message found in Contemporary Christian and Gospel music. G3 Band hopes that their music reaches people of all walks of faith and beliefs and leaves a positive influence on each listener's life.
G3 Band plans on taking a whole new challenge by pursuing their musical aspirations as their main focus starting in 2009. They plan to increase the number of performances and work harder than ever. They are prepared to face what is over the horizon and excited to fulfill the musical dreams that God has placed in their hearts to become independent artists who will eventually share their music with the world.
